Pete Telfer - Creative Director

Pete's been making television programmes for the past 14 years, the first three for the BBC before going freelance in 1996. These programmes were in all formats from weekly magazine to one off documentaries, covering all genres from the arts to rural affairs and made for all three broadcasters in Wales. Pete's had a great deal of experience within the independent sector in Wales and has worked for many Welsh companies, in both languages, as a Television Director, as a producer, as a cameraman and has edited some productions too. Sometimes he's done all four jobs on a single production! Since 2001 and the incorporation of Pixel Foundry, Pete has been responsible for generating and developing programme proposals, producing our productions and ensuring the highest standards and integrity are maintained. As well as our successful productions such as 'The Lady of Glan Usk' (BBC Wales 2006) and 'A Life of Death' (ITV Wales 2006), the Pixel Foundry Artists Archive is also gaining recognition as more artists join the archive.

Ron Mansbridge – Business Advisor

Ron is a business advisor to Pixel Foundry and is involved on a regular basis with helping to develop Pixel Foundry’s commercial reach. He keeps a watchful eye over our business fundamentals and cracks a gentle whip when necessary.Ron spent twenty-four years as a Senior Manager with Nestle, Geest, Northern Foods and Unilever, trading with major national and international businesses. He operated in senior roles in Marketing, Finance and General Management; latterly operating as UK Commercial manager. For six years he ran his own manufacturing business with 60 employees Ron has acted as a consultant and project manager to a number of charitable and voluntary organisations and is currently working part-time for an employers’ trade organisation in Mid Wales with 200 member companies, organising meetings and seminars aimed at bringing best practice and international standards to member companies as well as facilitating networking in seven business disciplines. Ron works as a business advisor on behalf of the Manufacturing Advisory Service.

Mark Dunton - Production Associate

Mark is a seasoned video professional working in association with Pixel Foundry. Mark's experienced in supplying script to screen services to industry for promotion and training in the workplace or at exhibitions and conferences. He has produced programmes for clients such as UNESCO, Welsh Development Agency and DES. For the past 15 years he has provided services to J.C.B. including a series of training DVD’s for gearboxes and the new JCB Engine as well as a Marketing DVD for JCB China(Shanghai) shooting on location in India, China, USA, Europe.
